A delectable combination with tender Scottish salmon traditionally smoked in brick kilns at the country's oldest smoke house near Aberdeen harbour, then gently infused with local Balvenie whisky for a distinctive taste of Scotland.

Cooking Instructions:
To enjoy smoked salmon at its best remove from fridge 10 minutes before separating the slices and serving.
Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal for a delicious starter or light meal.
