Scottish salmon, traditionally cold smoked in brick kilns in Aberdeen, with the added twist of local Speyside whisky. 


Cooking Instructions:
To enjoy smoked salmon at its best remove from fridge 10 minutes before separating the slices and serving.
Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal for a delicious starter or light meal.
