Scottish salmon, traditionally cold smoked in brick kilns, with the added twist of local whisky. Balvenie have been making whisky since 1892 and still does it in the most traditional way. It's the perfect pairing.


Cooking Instructions:
To enjoy smoked salmon at its best remove from fridge 10 minutes before separating the slices and serving.
Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal for a delicious starter or light meal.
