Layers of smoked haddock and creamy Orkney Cheddar sauce encased in a delicate flaky pastry.
Cooking guidelines from frozen: Remove all packaging.
Preheat oven with a baking tray to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
Place the product onto the tray with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg to glaze, then place the tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 38-40 minutes.
Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
