Delicious unsmoked British bacon for the finest breakfasts. Try it with some homemade ketchup in a soft Brioche bun.
Defrost in a refrigerator thoroughly before cooking.
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat frying pan to medium.
Add bacon and fry for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway.
