Cooking guidelines:

Leave the product for 20 minutes at room temperature in its bag prior to roasting.

Remove all packaging and place skin side up, with all the gravy into a a deep ceramic roasting dish (approx, 26cm x 20cm).

Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7 for:

45 - 50 minutes from defrosted
60 - 65 minutes from frozen

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Chef's Tip: If you want to give your gravy an extra hint of Christmas, add a cinnamon stick, star anise, cranberries, clementine zest or a dash of port wine, etc.
