Slow Cooked Turkey Crown in Gravy

Make the most of Christmas Day without slaving over a hot stove. Simply heat this from frozen for tender, succulent turkey breast meat, complete with enough delicious gravy for everyone.
Remove all packaging and place skin side up, with all the gravy into a a deep ceramic roasting dish.
Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 for:
45 - 50 minutes from defrosted
60 - 65 minutes from frozen
50 - 55 minutes from defrosted
90 - 95 minutes from frozen
55 - 60 minutes from defrosted
110 - 115 minutes from frozen
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
To serve, neatly carve each breast off the breastbone, before cutting into slices on the board.
Decant the gravy into a warmed gravy boat for pouring at the table.
Chef's Tip: If you want to give your gravy an extra hint of Christmas, add a cinnamon stick, star anise, cranberries, clementine zest or a dash of port wine, etc.
