Rich short rib meat cooked in a sticky, warmly spiced sauce.
Ready to heat and shred between two forks for lip-smacking pulled beef! Try some on a toasted brioche bun with some mayonnaise and parsley for a delicious canapé.

Why Short Rib?
The same cut as our Jacob's Ladder, it's cut from the lower rib, near the premium ribeye. So intense is the flavour that a little goes a long way - try this pulled between two forks and piled in rolls or tacos. Outstanding!
