Our individual portions of spiced lamb shoulder give you the ultimate flexibility. Fragrant, juicy lamb that is boneless and can be served straight to the table.


Cooking Instructions:

Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.


Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:

From frozen: 45-50 minutes
From defrosted: 25-30 minutes


Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:

From frozen: 8-9 minutes
From defrosted: 5-6 minutes

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).

Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.

For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Do not reheat.
