We have slow cooked our osso buco to give you full rich flavours and exceptional tenderness. Our tasty sage and onion gravy is a triumph rounding off a fabulous meal.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen of defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying all contents into a heatproof dish.
Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:
From frozen: 45-50 minutes
From defrosted: 25-30 minutes
Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 9-10 minutes
From defrosted: 5-6 minutes
Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best result, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
