Selected for succulence, our slow roasted pork cheeks in rich red wine and salted fennel. A beautiful combination that makes an exquisite meal bursting with intense flavours.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, set aside separate sauce sachet, and empty all other contents into a heatproof dish.
Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:
From frozen: 40-45 minutes
From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
Remove from the oven and drain cooking liquor. Separate pieces of meat and pour over sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 5-8 minutes.
Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 7-8 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes
Remove from the oven or microwave and drain cooking liquor. Separate pieces of meat and pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 3 minutes.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
