Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder in Mint & Rosemary
Tender lamb in a mint and rosemary sauce

Sumptuously soft, tender, tasty lamb in a delicious mint and rosemary sauce – the perfect combination of sweet and savoury flavours.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.
Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and heat uncovered for:
From frozen: 45-50 minutes
From defrosted: 35-40 minutes
Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 10-11 minutes
From defrosted: 6-7 minutes
Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
