Cooking guidelines: cut along the top of the pouch and place the chicken skin side up into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil.
Heat in the centre of a preheated oven at 200ºC / fan 180ºC / gas 6.
From defrosted: for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, baste and cook for a further 10-15 minutes uncovered. From frozen: for 50 minutes. Remove the foil, baste and cook for a further 10-20 minutes uncovered.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven.
