Our favourite slow cooked mains, frozen and ready to be finished off in your oven. Perfect for entertaining guests or for a cosy night in.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Slow Cooked Half Chicken with Lemon & Herbs
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, placing chicken skin side up.

Oven:

Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:

50-55 minutes from frozen
35-40 minutes from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W.

Loosely cover and heat for:

13-14 minutes from frozen
7-8 minutes from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
Slow Cooked Lamb Fore Shanks in Mint Gravy
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.

Oven:

Preheat to 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 and heat uncovered for:

45-50 minutes from frozen
25-30 minutes from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W.

Loosely cover and heat for:

14-15 minutes from frozen
9-10 minutes from defrosted
