The juiciest cuts of chicken are the drumsticks and thighs. We’ve made them even tastier by cooking them slowly and gently with a sweet, sticky glaze.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish. Where possible, separate into individual pieces and place skin side up.
Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and heat uncovered for:
From frozen: 45-50 minutes
From defrosted: 35-40 minutes
Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 12-13 minutes
From defrosted: 7-8 minutes
Halfway through cooking time (either method), separate out pieces.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout.
For best results, we recommend cooking in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
