Slow Cooked Chicken Crown in Gravy

The queen of succulence, this flavourful roast brings together everything you need for a chicken feast. Tender breast meat with tempting gravy, sage and thyme- fabulous!
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, placing chicken skin side up.
Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and heat, covered with foil, for:
From frozen: 25-30 minutes
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes
Stir/baste halfway through cooking time
Discard foil and cook uncovered for a further 20 minutes.
Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 17-18 minutes
From defrosted: 10-11 minutes
Stir/baste halfway through cooking time.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
