Slow Cooked Beef Olives in Onion & Ale Gravy
For best results, cook from frozen in the oven.
Allow the Slow Cooked Beef Olives to sit in the bag at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to heating, whether frozen or defrosted.
OVEN: Gently tip the bag into an ovenproof dish. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C/ fan 160°C/ gas 4 for:
From frozen: 45 - 50 minutes
From defrosted: 30 - 35 minutes
Baste halfway through cooking.
MICROWAVE: Based on 800W. Gently tip the bag into a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook for:
From frozen - 8-9 minutes
From defrosted: 5-6 minutes
Halfway through cooking time, remove cover carefully and baste once.
Re-cover and continue to heat until piping hot. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
