Slow Cooked Beef Brisket in Stout Gravy

- We have slow-cooked it for 6 hours for luxurious tenderness
- Cook it from frozen for an easy meal
Price per kg:
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.
Oven: Preheat to 220 C / Fan 200 C / Gas 7 and heat uncovered for:
45-50 minutes from frozen 30-35 minutes from defrosted
Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
10-11 minutes from frozen 6-7 minutes from defrosted
Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
