Slow Cooked Beef Brisket in Stout Gravy

A superbly tender piece of beef brisket, packed with flavour. We've added a glossy rich stout and rosemary sauce. This restaurant-quality beef is set to impress.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.
Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and heat uncovered for:
From frozen: 45-50 minutes
From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 10-11 minutes
From defrosted: 6-7 minutes
Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
