Made using our own Minced Steak, meaty Pork Sausages and fine fish, fresh from the coast - you can taste the quality of our ingredients in every dish.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Lasagne
This product is not suitable for microwave cooking.
Remove film and place the Lasagne in its tray on a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 until piping hot for:

From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
From frozen: 50-55 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve hot with fresh bread and crunchy salads or sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan.
Classic Bolognese
On the hob:

Defrost thoroughly before using.
Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Oven:

Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C / Gas 4 for:

From defrosted: 15-20 minutes
From frozen: 25-30 minutes

Microwave: Based on 800 watt.

Pierce the film and cook:

From defrosted: 2-3 minutes
From frozen: 5-6 minutes

Decrease the cooking time for ovens with higher wattage.
Stir before serving, ensure piping hot throughout.
Chicken Korma
Oven:

Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C / Gas 4 for:
From defrosted 20-25 minutes
From frozen 30-35 minutes

Until piping hot.
Stir before serving.

Microwave: Based on 800 watt.

Pierce film and cook:

From defrosted 2-3 minutes
From frozen 6-7 minutes

On the hob:

Defrost in fridge overnight.
Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with basmati rice, naan bread, and lime pickle.

Chef's tip:
For a fruitier curry, serve with butter-seared fruit pieces eg. bananas, mango, kiwi, or just sprinkle with fresh pomegranate seeds.
Cider Battered Haddock Fillets
Remove all packaging.
For best results and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen.

Deep fry from frozen:

In preheated oil at 160°C for 8 - 10 minutes.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Pan fry from frozen:

In ½ -1cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 14 - 16 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Fish Cakes
From frozen:

Remove all packaging.
Carefully brush the fish cake all over with a little vegetable oil.
Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 230°C / fan 210°C / gas 8 and cook for 25 turning once half way through cooking.

From defrosted:

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Remove all packaging .
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Fry the fish cakes for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Toad in the Hole
Cooking guidelines from frozen:

Remove film lid and place the Toad in the Hole in its tray on a baking tray.
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 190°C / fan 180°C / gas 5 for 40-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
