From a long food tradition of kiln smoking that brings an intense smoky flavour to our finest salmon. Flavourful firm fish that is mouth-wateringly delicious for an impressive centrepiece.
Defrost in fridge overnight. The product is now ready to eat cold.
Should you wish to serve it warm, remove packaging, wrap the side of salmon in foil, and place in an oven preheated to 140°C for 10-15 minutes.
We recommend gently carving the side of salmon into thick (1” or more) slices to serve, or letting your guests do this themselves as part of a buffet.
