The rich, fruity flavours of traditional mincemeat encased in a buttery shortbread biscuit. Handmade in Aberdeenshire, they're a delicious Scottish twist on a classic Christmas treat.
Heating guidelines from defrosted
To thaw the mince pies remove them from the packaging and stand on a wire rack at room temperature for an hour.
Preheat oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place pies on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 6 - 8 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Dust lightly with icing sugar before serving.
