If you love those unique and complex lamb flavours, you will love this. Enhanced with a deep, rich gravy and a creamy mash it is the perfect quick dinner fix.
Once I've cooked these in the oven, I like to pop the pastry in then oven on its own for a bit longer. This gives it a really nice colour and rise.
Remove pie from outer packaging and place on a baking tray. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 for:
From defrosted: 25-30 minutes
From frozen: 45-50 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
