Savour the delicate flavours of delicious Scottish seafood, from tender Wild Queen Scallops for a luxury starter to juicy Wild Atlantic Prawns in a stir fry or curry.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Wild Queen Scallops,(shell on)
Preheat grill to high temperature. Rinse under cold water and gently slide a knife under the scallop meat to remove the scallops from their shells.

Pat both shell and scallop with kitchen paper. Drizzle a little oil into the shells and dot with garlic butter over the scallops and cook under the grill for 2-3 minutes.

These scallops can also be cooked in oven at 250°C/230°C/Gas8 for 3-4 minutes.
Wild Atlantic Prawns
As the prawns are already cooked and ready to eat after defrosting.

To enjoy them warm, simply gently reheat but do not boil or fry as this will make them tough.
Scottish Smoked Salmon D-Sliced
Preparation instructions: defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.

Serving suggestion: season the salmon with a little cracked black pepper, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and scatter some fresh rocket leaves and shaved slivers of parmesan cheese over the top. Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal, for a delicious starter or light meal.
