The king of restaurant steaks, cut from our premium specially selected pork. With juicy loin on one side and tender fillet on the other, this generous steak showcases the best of pork in an impressive steak.

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper.Allow the meat to come to room temperature for approx. 20 minutes.

Preheat a griddle or heavy based frying pan on a medium - high setting. Brush the meat lightly with oil. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

Place into the pan and cook for 11-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Remove the meat from the pan, keep warm and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
