Specially Selected Pork Spare Ribs

A BBQ favourite made with Specially Selected Pork.

Weight: 600g (Serves 1-2)

Impress your guests at your summer barbecue with a juicy rack of Specially Selected Pork spare ribs.
Season with a rich barbecue rub before grilling for an extra layer of flavour.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheated oven at 180ºC / fan 160ºC / gas 4.

Remove ribs from packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Season and add a little water (cider) to the tray, then cover with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for:

1hr to 1hr 30 minutes or until tender.

Once tender remove the foils, turn up the oven to 180°C.

Baste the ribs then return to the oven for a further 15-20 minutes to colour and crispen.

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
