Tender Scottish pork loin, cut into succulent, tasty steaks. Marinade with a mix of herbs and spices before frying, roasting or barbecuing. A deliciously versatile option for easy meals any night of the week – why not cut into slices and make pork fajitas?
These premium loin steaks are cut from Scotch-assured pork, sourced from trusted farms in the northeast of Scotland. This means you can be sure that it’s been raised with the utmost care and attention with an emphasis on welfare and quality.
Preheat a griddle or heavy based frying pan on a medium - high setting.
Brush the meat lightly with oil. Place into the pan and cook for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Finish by searing the rind side in the hot fat, to crisp a little.
Remove the meat from the pan, keep warm and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
