These tender medallions are sliced by hand from the premium fillet for a delicious meal any time.
Try these seasoned with a spicy rub and cooked quickly on the barbecue.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the medallions from packaging, pat dry with kitchen paper. Allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes.

Preheat a griddle or heavy based frying pan on a medium - high setting.

Cook the medallions to your liking following the recommended times:

Medium: 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally
Medium well to well done: 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the 3-4 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
