A classic cut that’s deliciously juicy and packed full of flavour. Hand prepared and thickly cut from the finest Specially Selected Pork, with just a thin strip of fat for taste.
Try brushing these premium pork chops with pesto, a mix of soy sauce and honey, or a rub of smoked paprika, salt and olive oil before frying or grilling for a flavour-filled meal any day of the week.

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Allow the meat to come to room temperature for approx. 20 minutes.

Preheat a griddle or heavy based frying pan on a medium - high setting. Brush the meat lightly with oil.

Place into the pan and cook for 9-11 minutes, turning occasionally.

Finish by searing the rind side in the hot fat, to crisp a little. Remove the meat from the pan, keep warm and leave to rest for 1-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
