Cooking Instructions:
 
Pork Sausages in Onion & Ale Gravy
Cooking guidelines: MICROWAVE: based on 800 watt. Pierce film and cook, always ensure product is piping hot before serving

from frozen: heat for 4 minutes, stir, heat for a further 4 minutes
from defrosted: heat for 3 minutes, stir, heat for a further 3 minutes.Stir before serving.

OVEN: pierce film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven 190°C / fan 170°C / gas 5, always ensure product is piping hot before serving

from frozen: 50-55 minutes
from defrosted: 25-30 minutes

Stir before serving.

HOB: defrost in fridge overnight. Remove film and empty contents into a sauce pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Stir before serving.
Buttery Mashed Potatoes
MICROWAVE: based on 800 Watt. Pierce the film lid and cook until piping hot

from frozen: 4-5 minutes
from defrosted: 3-4 minutes

Stir the melted butter carefully through the potatoes before serving.

OVEN: pierce film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 5 until piping hot before serving

from frozen: 25-30 minutes
from defrosted: 15-20 minutes
