Cooking Instructions:
 
Pork Sausages
Remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:
Add the sausages to simmering water for:

From frozen: 20 minutes.
From defrosted: 10 minutes

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.

Alternatively:

Pan Fry:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted.
Turning occasionally.

BBQ:
18-20 minutes from defrosted.
Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill:
Preheat grill to medium.
Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted.
Turn occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Buttery Mashed Potato
Microwave: Based on 800 Watt.

Pierce the film lid and cook for:

From frozen: 4-5 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.

Oven:
Pierce film lid and place product tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From frozen: 25-30 minutes
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.
Traditional Gravy
Hob:

Open the bag and empty contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot.

Microwave: Based on 850W.

Decant into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for:

From frozen: 7-8 minutes 
From defrotsted: 4-5 minutes

Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Stir before serving. Ensure product is piping hot. throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Pork Sausages
Pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices, flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into natural pork casings.

Buttery Mashed Potato
Potato (84%), Butter (MILK), Salt, Nutmeg

Traditional Gravy
Water, onions, madeira wine (de-alcoholised wine from concentrate, madeira, sugar, brandy, salt, tartaric acid, flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, potassium metabiSULPHITE)), thickening agent: acetylated di-starch adipate, beef powder (salt, sugar, natural flavouring, sunflower oil, dried beef, yeast extract, rosemary), rapeseed oil, gravy browning (water, colour: ammonia caramel, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, stabiliser: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate), Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (from BARLEY), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (FISH), tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice, flavourings), salt, black pepper.
