Handmade in our Aberdeenshire butchery, our sausages are made with tender pork and expertly seasoned to our own signature recipes.

Our classic Butcher's Pork Sausages are a favourite with hotels for their full flavour and succulence. Our Lean Pork Sausages are made with naturally lean cuts for a lower fat content than our classic sausages. Enjoy our NEW Pork & Caramelised Onion Sausages, with an added blast of sweetness and our award-winning Lincolnshire Sausages.

Butcher's Pork Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on a grill rack for 14-18 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
