Sweet, tender pineapple-cut squid in a salt & pepper coating. A delicious starter or party finger food this Christmas.

Cooking Instructions:

Cooking guidelines from frozen: for best results deep fry.

Deep fry: preheat vegetable oil to 200°C and fry for 3-4 mins.

Oven: preheat oven to 190°C fan. Place the squid on a wire rack with a baking tray below, bake in the centre of the oven for 22-24 minutes.

Please note: the salt and pepper squid will not be as crispy if it is oven baked. You can shallow fry them for 2-3 minutes in oil prior to oven baking to add a crispier texture. Adjust oven time accordingly.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
