Scottish salmon and mashed potato blend with a creamy Gruyère centre and crispy breadcrumb coating with sunflower seeds.

Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan / gas 6

Place on a preheated baking tray

Cook in the middle of the oven for 33 - 35 minutes
