Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Allow the skewers to come to room temperature prior to cooking.
Remove all packaging.
Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature.
Brush the skewers with oil.
Sear for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently.
Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2-3 minutes.
