Tender slices of juicy free-range pork with a rich Orkney ale gravy.  Ideal for a roast meal in minutes.




Cooking Instructions:
Roast Pork Slices in Gravy
Cooking guidelines: for best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.
Oven: preheat to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 and heat, covered with foil, for: 30-35 minutes from frozen 20-23 minutes from defrosted Microwave: based on 850W.
Loosely cover and heat for: 5 minutes from frozen 1½-2 minutes from defrosted Baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat and sauce is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Pork slices (50%): pork (100%), water, salt, dextrose, stabiliser: triphosphates. Gravy (50%): water, ale (19%) (water, hops, BARLEY, WHEAT), gravy mix (modified tapioca starch, dried glucose syrup, flavourings, salt, sugar, colour: caramel, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed), maltodextrin, yeast extracts, beef extract, onion powder, lovage), gelatine, tomato puree, colour: ammonia caramel, glucose syrup, salt.
