Roast Beef Slices in Gravy
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.
Oven:
preheat to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 and heat, covered with foil, for:
From frozen: 30-35 minutes
From defrosted: 20-23 minutes
Baste halfway through cooking time.
Microwave:
Based on 850W.
Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 5 minutes
From defrosted: 1½-2 minutes
Baste halfway through cooking time.
Before serving, ensure meat and sauce is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
