A selection of delicious deserts - handpicked for chocolate lovers. Our Chocolate Torte is full of rich, creamy ganache, in a large size to share (if you want to!). We also have our Chocolate, Rum & Raspberry Melt in the Middle Puddings, with an oozing chocolate centre and our Chocolate Brownies, prepared with care from dark Belgian chocolate for a classic brownie that's crisp on the outside with a soft, gooey inside.

Chocolate Torte
Defrost & serve: remove all packaging and defrost for approximately 2-3 hours in fridge or 1 hour at room temperature.

Chef's tip: portion with a warmed knife once the cake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
Chocolate Rum & Raspberry Melt in the Middle Pudding
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven 170°C fan / gas 5.

Remove the outer film but keep on the paper collar. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake in the centre of oven for 26-28 minutes. Using a pallet knife gently lift product on to a service plate then use the point of a warm knife to carefully loosen from its ring and serve.

Chocolate Brownie
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 170°C / fan 160°C / gas 3.

Remove outer film only. Carefully place each brownie, still in its ring, onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 14-18 minutes. Remove from the oven. Carefully transfer the brownie, still in its ring onto a plate using a spatula, as the ring doesn't have a bottom. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.

Using a knife, loosen the brownie from its ring. Carefully open and remove the ring and finish with your favourite accompaniment.
