Rich double-chocolate ganache on a crisp, butter pastry with dark chocolate shavings. Treat the family to a delicious dessert, serving 8-10 people.


To Serve:
Remove from box and defrost for approximately 8 to 10 hours in fridge or 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.

Once defrosted, keep refrigerated, do not re-freeze and consume within 72 hours.

Chef's Tip: Portion with a warmed serrated knife, once the tart is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
