Rich chocolate ganache with an orange liqueur topping, all encased in a crisp pastry for a deliciously luxurious dessert.


To Serve:
To serve: remove from box and defrost for approximately 2 to 3 hours in fridge or 1 hour at room temperature.

Chefs tip: portion with a warmed serrated knife once the cake is semi freddo for a neat presentation.
