- Ribeye Medallions, in packs of 2, 220g per pack
Richly flavoured ribeye cap, rolled, tied and sliced into medallions . With wonderful marbling throughout, these are absolutely delicious and sear in moments for a steak hit, fast.
Brush with a little oil and cook in a preheated frying pan, over a high heat.
Cook the medallions to your liking following the recommended times:
Rare to Medium Rare: 4 - 4½ minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Medium: 5½ -6minutes per side, rest for 3 minutes
Well Done: 7½ -8 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute
Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
