Red Wine Jus
Known as 'black gold' in professional kitchens!

Simmered and reduced for over a day, until the real beef bone and red wine flavour is concentrated to a sublime richness. Drizzle each precious drop over a premium roast, steak or en croûte.
Open the bag and empty contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until piping hot.
Based on 850W. Decant into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 2-2½ minutes from frozen or 1-1½ minutes from defrosted.
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
Ensure the product is piping not throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
