Our delicious red deer loin is a fabulous piece of boneless meat that is so easy to cook. Slices into delicious rounds of meat that are superbly juicy.

Our deer roam freely across Aberdeenshire and the highlands, and are stalked the traditional way, on foot, helping to keep countryside traditions alive.
Defrost before cooking.
Pat dry the fillet using kitchen paper, brush with a little olive oil, sear in a hot pan on all sides for 2-3mins.
Then place into a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 6 for 8-10 mins.
Rest for a further 10 minutes in a warm place.
