Creamy, thick cheesecake topped with raspberry sauce, delicious white chocolate and light meringue pieces to make this an after-dinner delight.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Raspberry Snowball Meringue Cheesecake
Remove all outer packaging whilst still frozen, place cheesecake onto a serving plate and defrost for approximately 10 to 12 hours in fridge or 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.

Once defrosted, do not re-freeze and consume within 72 hours.

Chef's Tip: Portion with a warmed serrated knife, once the cheesecake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
