A light and delicious filling of egg and smoked bacon, encased in a delicate pastry, they are delicious for a quick lunch or snack.


Cooking Instructions:

For best results cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Carefully remove the frozen quiche from its clear packaging and aluminium tray, placing it directly onto a baking tray before putting it in the oven to reheat for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave the quiches for a moment to cool down.

This allows the filling to set and the pastry to crisp up before serving.
