For best results cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 200 C/Fan 180 C/Gas 6. Carefully remove the frozen quiche from its clear packaging and aluminium tray, placing it directly onto a baking tray before putting it in the oven to reheat for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave the quiches for a moment to cool down. This allows the filling to set and the pastry to crisp up before serving.
