Light and delicious describes our filling for these beautiful quiches. Along with delicate pastry and tasty smoked bacon, they are the perfect picnic item or with salad for lunches.
For best results cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Carefully remove the frozen quiche from its clear packaging and aluminium tray, placing it directly onto a baking tray before putting it in the oven to reheat for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave the quiches for a moment to cool down.
This allows the filling to set and the pastry to crisp up before serving.
