Queen Scallops on Shell
- Caught by small fishing boats in Scottish waters
- Naturally low in fat and high in protein
- Cooks fully in a couple of minutes

Preheat grill to high temperature. Rinse under cold water and gently slide a knife under the scallop meat to remove the scallops from their shells. Pat both shell and scallop with kitchen paper. Drizzle a little oil into the shells and dot with garlic butter over the scallops and cook under the grill for 2-3 minutes. These scallops can also be cooked in oven at 250 C/445 F/Gas8 for 3-4 minutes.
