Breakfasts and BBQs will be much more fun with this fantastic sausage selection. A combination of our lean, meaty continental sausages with our best-selling pork sausages and chipolatas, too - that's a whole lot of sizzle!
Luganighetta Sausages & Nurnberger Sausages
Remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:
Add the sausages to simmering water for:
From frozen: 15 minutes.
From defrosted: 8 minutes
Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 3-4 minutes.
Alternatively:
Pan fry:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a medium heat 8-10 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.
BBQ:
8-10 minutes from defrosted.
Turn regularly to avoid charring.
Grill:
Preheat grill to medium.
Grill for 10-12 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.
Turn occasionally.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
