For best results cook from defrosted. Before cooking allow the bird to come to room temperature for at least 20 minutes, season generously with salt and pepper and place the bird onto a baking tray.
Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 220ºC / fan 200º \ gas 7 for 30-32 minutes until fully cooked and the juices run clear. Check the thickest part of the thighs and breast. Once cooked allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
