Our Loué birds are rustic, slow growing breeds. Their longer lifespan and their life in idyllic free-range conditions, with lots of space to roam around wooded pastures allows their meat to develop an unmistakably deep, rich flavour.
For best results cook from defrosted. Before cooking allow the bird to come to room temperature, season generously with salt and pepper and place the bird onto a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 220 C / Gas 7 for 20-25 minutes. Once cooked allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
