Rich and succulent meat that is just so juicy. No wonder they are so popular in France. Makes the perfect roast for one or cook a pair for a couple.
For best results cook from defrosted.
Before cooking allow the bird to come to room temperature, season generously with salt and pepper and place the bird onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / Gas 7 for 20-25 minutes.
Once cooked allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
