All of our delicious potato based sides, from luxuriously rich Dauphinoise Potatoes to our NEW Sweet Potato Fries. With this selection there's is an accompaniment to every meal.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Buttery Mashed Potato
Cooking guidelines: Microwave: Based on 800 watt.

Pierce the film lid several times and cook for 5 minutes.

Carefully stir product, replace film lid and cook for a further

3 minutes from frozen
2 minutes from defrosted.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Defrost in refrigerated conditions.
Dauphinoise Potatoes
Cooking guidelines: remove sleeve and film, and place tray onto a baking tray.

Cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6

from frozen: 40-45 minutes
from defrosted: 30-35 minutes

Remove from oven, ensure product is piping hot throughout then allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Do not reheat once cooked.
Alpine Fries
For best results, cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

PAN FRY: Preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn regularly during cooking.

CHEF'S TIP: Pan-fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting! If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.

OVEN: Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

DEEP FRY: In preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Sweet Potato Fries
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Spread out fries evenly on to a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven 180°C / gas 4 and cook for 15-20 minutes

CHEF'S TIP: for a crispier product, turn the fries halfway through cooking.

Potato, Cheese & Onion Croquettes
Cooking guidelines: remove outer sleeve and film lid.

Place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre heated oven 180°C / gas 4 for:

From Defrosted: 18 - 20 minutes

From Frozen: 25 - 30 minutes

Turn halfway through cooking.
