Our butchers have carefully cleaned off the rib bone to give a dramatic Tomahawk steak on the bone. Succulent, meaty and substantial.
We only select the finest carcases and cuts with optimum weight, marbling and fat coverage.
Cook from Defrosted. About 20 minutes before you start cooking, remove the defrosted steak from the refrigerator and open the packaging.
This will allow the steak to come to room temperature. Pre-heat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a high temperature.
Brush the steak with oil. Sear for 4½ -5 minutes per side.
Place steak on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 5 minutes.
