Delicious options for a quick and easy meal. Try them marinated with some soy sauce and ginger for a different take on a classic.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Pork Loin Steak
Allow the meat to come to room temperature then season with salt and pepper.
Preheat a large frying pan, add oil and sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes without touching.
Turn the pork chops over and continue cooking for a further 4-5 minutes.
Remove from the pan and leave to rest, covered with foil for 5 minutes.
Pork Chops
Remove the chop from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat.
Cook the chops to your liking following the recommended times.

Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
Thick Cut Pork Chops
Remove the chop from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.

Well Done: 5½-6 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute
