Think pork is just pork chops and bacon? Think again. Two classic Pork Chops, Marinated Pork Shoulder Steaks and an impressively sized Double Tomahawk. This is pork as it should be.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Free-range Pork Chop

Preheat a large, heavy based frying pan over a medium heat and cook the chops for 4-5 minutes without touching, then turn and cook for the same length of time on the other side.
Remove the Chops and rest them in a warm place for 5 minutes.



Marinated Free-range Pork Shoulder Steaks

Remove Steaks from packaging.
Preheat a frying pan or griddle pan.
Add a little oil to the pan or brush oil directly onto the steaks to avoid using too much.
Place steaks into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes without touching.
Turn your steaks and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Remove steaks from the pan.
Place steaks on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.



Double Pork Tomahawk Steak

About 20 minutes before you start cooking, remove the defrosted steak from the refrigerator and open the packaging.
This will allow the steak to come to room temperature.
Pre-heat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a high temperature.
Brush the steak with oil.
Sear for 4½ -5 minutes per side.
Place steak on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 5 minutes.

Pork, seasoning (salt, sugar, paprika, demerara sugar, cumin, garlic, white pepper, cayenne, nutmeg, cassia, clove, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, yeast extract, sunflower oil, paprika extract).
