Remove all packaging and place the sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Space out generously and brush pastry with a beaten egg yolk or double cream.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6.
From defrosted:
For 23-25 minutes
From frozen:
For 30-35 minutes
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
