Juicy, handmade cocktail sausages with rich Scottish haggis to add a unique depth of flavour. Try serving with a whisky sauce or glaze for a delicious addition to your meal or as a buffet bite.
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 4½ -5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4½ minutes, turning occasionally.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
